Module 1 — Universal System Template
Every system — regardless of domain or scale — is governed by seven forces. These are not optional abstractions. They are necessary conditions for system existence. Remove one and the system collapses or mutates.
The UST is the lens that makes any system legible: a startup, an organisation, a product, a market. It is what allows a single framework to operate across domains — Commercial, ICT, Financial Services, Development Economics.
The UST operates across four modes: Analyse → Design → Build → Diagnose. This closes the loop between intelligence and action.
"You are not in the universe. You are a localised expression of its architecture."
The seven forces are interdependent. Each force interacts with the others, and a deficit in one cannot be reliably compensated by excellence in another. That is why diagnosis must be structural before it is tactical — and why surface fixes consistently fail to produce durable performance.
People, assets, components, tools.
Hierarchy, architecture, design.
Information, capital, operations.
Rules, governance, constraints.
Entry points, access, pipelines.
Decision authority, leadership.
Mission, intent, function.
Module 2 — Decision Value Protocol
DVP is a quantitative market opportunity identification model. Each segment is evaluated across a structured set of variables and combined into a single auditable score. Every variable requires documented rationale — no score without evidence.
The output maps directly to a decision band that governs the engagement decision. The framework enforces structural discipline before a single resource is committed.
DVP is domain-calibrated. The same protocol shifts behaviour across Commercial, ICT, Financial Services, and Development Economics — each with its own interpretation rules and rejection thresholds.
A scored opportunity report mapped to a decision band.
Documented rationale for every variable — a paper trail, not an opinion.
A three-sentence diagnosis and a recommended first move.
A clear engage / conditional / review / exit recommendation.
The internal mechanics — the way variables are combined, the calibration values, and the threshold rules — sit behind a Black Box Layer. Clients receive structured outputs, not the engine. This separation is what makes the same framework usable in consulting today and in a productised platform tomorrow.
Full deployment recommended. Begin system architecture and go-to-market design.
Identify the weakest component and apply a targeted lever before full deployment.
High risk. Strategic review only. Re-score after conditions change.
Do not engage. No minimum structural viability. No further resource allocation.
Xyztems Diagnostic — Failure Archetypes
Seven named archetypes, each corresponding to a specific UST force failure. Identifying the archetype before prescribing any intervention is non-negotiable. Treating a Clogged system with a structural reorganisation is a mismatch that produces waste.
Control has collapsed. No clear decision authority. The system reacts rather than directs. Found in leaderless organisations and post-merger chaos.
Flow is restricted. Resources enter but outcomes stall. High effort, low throughput. Handoff friction, manual decision points, pipeline bottlenecks.
Activity is high but purpose is unclear. Teams are busy but not aligned. Activity metrics masquerading as business health metrics.
System breaks under pressure. No resilience to external shocks. Boundary conditions unmapped, buffer protocols absent.
System cannot grow. Inputs are restricted. Scaling is structurally blocked. Distribution architecture is absent or dysfunctional.
Too many nodes, too little coherence. Overhead exceeds output. Hierarchy blocks the very flow it was designed to direct.
Structure exists but has no participants. The system has no mass to operate on. Node acquisition strategy is undefined.
Sequenced Intervention
When multiple archetypes are present, Analytrix applies a strict order of intervention — beginning with the archetype tied to the highest-priority failing force. The exact sequence is part of the framework's protected calibration. Sequence is non-negotiable.
Module 3 — SCC Optimisation Loop
The SCC Loop is the closed-loop diagnostic and correction protocol. Every Xyztems engagement follows this sequence without exception. It is a repeating diagnostic protocol — not a linear project plan.
Map across all 7 UST forces.
Score, identify the failure archetype.
Choose the highest-priority lever.
Execute with owned actions.
Measure on a 30 / 60 / 90-day cadence.
Update scores, re-enter the loop.
The IP Boundary
All internal mechanics — calibration values, domain configurations, threshold rules — operate behind the Black Box Layer. Clients receive structured outputs, not the engine. This separation is what makes the same framework usable in consulting today and in a productised platform tomorrow.
