The Model
Every engagement follows the same sequence regardless of which service is involved. We do not scope retainers before we understand the problem, and we do not start implementation before the diagnosis is complete. This is not a formality — it is how good work gets done.
Phase One
A bounded, structured engagement that produces a clear picture of what is happening in your business — where the friction is, what is causing it, and what interventions are warranted. You leave with a written output regardless of whether we proceed together.
Phase Two
The core work. Scoped directly from the diagnostic findings — no more, no less. This is where systems are built, aligned, or replaced. Delivered as a project with defined outputs and a clear completion point.
Phase Three
For clients who want ongoing support, system evolution, or expansion into adjacent areas. Structured as a monthly retainer with defined scope and a direct communication channel — no ticket queues, no junior handoffs.
What to expect
Every phase has defined inputs and outputs. You always know what you're getting, what it costs, and what happens next. If the diagnostic finds that the problem is outside our service area, we say so — and point you in the right direction.
NDA before sensitive information
A mutual NDA is signed before any confidential business information is shared — on both sides.
Written outputs at every phase
The diagnostic produces a written document. Implementation produces handover documentation. You own everything we produce for you.
Direct access to Olu
No account managers, no junior handoffs. Every engagement is handled directly.
FAQs
No. Every engagement begins with a Diagnostic — a bounded, paid engagement that produces a clear picture of what is happening in your business and what interventions are warranted. The retainer or project scope is only proposed after the diagnostic is complete and both parties understand the problem.
The diagnostic typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and the number of systems involved. It includes a structured intake call, a review of your current systems and operations, and a written output document with findings and recommendations.
You receive a written output with our findings and a proposed scope for the next phase. You can proceed to Foundational Implementation, take the findings and act on them yourself, or pause. There is no obligation to continue beyond the diagnostic.
Yes. All formal engagements are covered by a signed NDA before any confidential business information is shared. The NDA is mutual and specifically covers client business information as well as our proprietary methodology.
45 minutes. Remote. No commitment beyond the call itself. We'll tell you whether we can help — and if not, point you to someone who can.
